The following terms are included in every estimate we prepare for our clients and are subject to change:

>> ACCEPTABLE PAYMENTS:** CASH, PERSONAL CHECK TO: ROY BAZAN, APPLE CASH

>> Payment is due upon completion—NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are not present, payment must be arranged prior to departure.

>> DO NOT PAY OUR WORKERS, unless otherwise instructed by main our office.

1.) Estimates are valid **30 days**

2.) Unconfirmed appointments are removed; **trip fees apply** if h/o unavailable without notice; maximum of (2) reschedules (weather/material delays excluded).

3.) Workmanship warranted only with recommended repairs/materials; no-charge work and material failure excluded.

4.) Labor warranty is **void if altered by others**; additional trip fee of $165.00 applies, whether or not repair can be made.

5.) Labor excludes materials; prepayment/deposits may be required, and some customer order materials may be **non-returnable**.

6.) New labor charges apply to defective, open-box, used, or incomplete items.

7.) Some rates apply only to **same-day/same-trip service**; outer service areas will require minimum labor if changes occur after approval.

8.) Debris removal subject to landfill/trip fees ($TBD); work area and access must be cleared by h/o before our arrival. (We will move heavy items.)

9.) ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN/PETS ARE PERMITTED IN OUR WORK AREA WHILE WORK IN PROGRESS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ESCAPES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES.

10.) Appointments are scheduled only AFTER estimate approval; added or last-minute work will be completed, and only when time permits. text here
